Plans should be paid in full by March 1 2026, or before the first scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.

Payment may be made by check, or by credit card. Only accounts that are fully up to date will be eligible for these plans. No additional discounts will be applied to bundled services included in any plan.

‍Refunds: Pro-rated refunds will be made in the event of the sale or death of a horse. The program may also be transferred to another horse or the new owner of a sale horse that remains in the practice area. Refunds will only be made if your account with us is current and up to date.

‍Additional Horses: From the 3rd horse additional horses are $30 off each.

The plan expires January 1st of each year and is considered rendered in full after the fall visit when all bundled services have been performed.

Any boosters needed to complete primary vaccination courses or additonal services will be charged in addition to the bundled services at regular rates, including regular rate discounts for payment at the time of service.
